Wristband Policy

As part of our All Inclusive concept, all guests receive a wristband upon check-in.

To ensure uninterrupted service and maintain the security of the resort, wristbands must be worn throughout your stay. Services cannot be provided to guests without a valid wristband.

Visitor Policy

To protect the comfort, privacy, and security of all guests, outside visitors are not permitted within the hotel premises.

If you wish to meet friends or family during your stay, Sofa by Kocadon Beach & Bistro offers a pleasant meeting point within the property.

Pool Hygiene

To maintain the highest standards of pool hygiene and ensure the well-being of all guests, children under the age of 4 are required to wear leak-proof swim diapers while using the swimming pools.

Guests Under 18

Guests under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian must present the original notarized parental consent document at check-in.

Where legal custody is shared, consent from the other parent or legal guardian is also required.

Valuables

Complimentary in-room safety deposit boxes are available for all guests.

The hotel cannot accept responsibility for valuables that are not stored in the safety deposit box.

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the pool area, on the beach, and in other shared public areas throughout the resort.
